APL Main Event: Indian players shine on Day 2

The Asian Poker League (APL) will host its final event at Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang in Vietnam. The event kicked off on December 12, 2019, and will end on December 21, 2019. It has successfully hosted 6 events already and looking forward to hosting 16 more. The day1A of APL had recorded 71 entries and VND 10,000,000 (~USD 430) Deep Stack event took place as well.  Players are waiting for the Main Event VND 8 billion GTD. It has registered 525 entries in four starting flights and created a massive prize pool of VND 10 billion. The VND 2 billion is reserved for the champion of APL ME 2019.

Indian players are seen globally showcasing their poker skills and Vietnam is undoubtedly one such destination for them. Indian player Manish Lakhotia was see ending Day 1 with a stack of 275,000 chips while APL Ambassador Sumit Sapra settled with a total of 231,500 chips. Sahni Vikas entered the final of the two flights with 48,500 chips. China’s Lin Jian was the star of the event who grabbed a jaw-dropping stack of 484,500 chips. Vietnam’s Phan Dinh Nam followed him with an impressive stack of 359,500 chips. One of the other natives, Nguyen Minh Tuan settled with 352,000 chips from Day 1B.
